Nomination of RBTA Directors and Site Reps- Coming in March

Bargaining Survey Info
We are looking for your input and feedback for the 25-26 school year. The survey will go out in March. Be sure to check your emails.
Call for Bargaining Team members
Are you interested in being part of the Bargaining Team? Do you want a voice in our contract negotiations to advocate on behalf of yourself, your site/colleagues and all of our membership? Then this is your opportunity! We are looking to add members and alternates to our team with different lenses and voices that will speak up and fight for a fair contract. Complete the interest form. Time commitment info is in the survey.
Call for Compliance and Improvement Monitoring (CIM) committee (replacement)
The district is looking for 1 general education teacher. Danielle Duncan is overseeing this committee. The team will review RBUSD data in relation to CDE annual indicators and engages in discussion to address any annual indicators that the district is not meeting. Compete the interest form.

Is now available on our website under Member Resources and then Forms. Please note- Hard Copy application must be submitted.
Extra Curricular Liability Release Waiver
Secondary members have been asked to sign this release waiver to participate in a ASB activity or physical activity for our students. We have addressed this waiver with Nick and Marvin. From Jeremy Zuniga, "Members should not sign or participate in any activity that could lead to injury. If any member feels retaliated against for not participating in these events, please reach out."

Nomination of RBTA Directors and Site Reps- Coming in March
- All Director positions open (2 year term. $1,000 yearly stipend)
- High School Director
- Middle School Director
- Elementary School Director
- Expectations and time commitment
- Attend monthly meetings
- Superintendent meetings (1 hour)
- Executive Board meeting (1-1.5 hours)
- Rep meetings (1-1.5 hours)
- Communicate with district personnel on behalf of members
- Attend monthly meetings
- All Site Rep positions open (1 year term)
- Expectations and time commitment
- Attend monthly meetings (1-1.5 hours) consistently as you are part of a necessary quorum for official business

- (unanimous) to increase the end of year gift card "thank you" value given to Site Reps at the end of the year. RBTA has a budget of $1050 for Rep recognition. Previously it was a max $25 gift card. Now it is a max of a $50 gift card based on attendance at Rep Council Meetings.
- (unanimous) approve a $200 stipend for a Coordinator for School Board presentations.
